Mula's no stress bill payment and reminder service gives you more freedom, control and choice in how, where and when you pay your bills.
You can pay your bills on varying platform with mula, buy getting our app from the Google Play store, or by going online to www.mula.co.ke and following the prompts.

No. There are no charges for airtime purchase via Mula. However,standard mpesa paybill transaction charges apply on other payments and these vary depending with the transaction volume.
Yes you can so long as you have the sim/number you registered with still active in the phone you are using.
We are currently in 10 countries in Africa, (Kenya, Ghana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Mozambique, Botwana, Malawi, Uganda, Tanzania and Nigeria) so if you are in one of the countries we are in, then yes you can use the app so long as you have the sim/number you registered with still in the phone.
To add a FAVOURITE bill to your account, select the FAVOURITE Icon at the bottom of your mula feed page and select ADD NEW which is at the top right corner of this page.
The term Service Pin is a unique four (4) number code you need to register for when you are paying your bill via MPesa. The wonderful thing about mula, is that you can register for this as you are making your payment.
